Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible, but delivery times may vary, as all pieces are individualy made to order. Please email for specific delivery times.

Payment

The prices quoted are retail recommended prices, including VAT. For retail sales, payment is easy and secure using Pay Pal. Just follow the instructions as they appear on screen. Using this method, you can pay with deit or credit cards. If you prefer to pay directly, please send a cheque made payable to La Jewelery Ltd to Heartsease, Pear Tree Lane, Llanddingad, Monmouthshire, NP25 4DY.

Return of goods

We recommend that you purchase sample jewellery before placing a large wholesale order, so you can be assured of the quality of our products. This protects both you and us from unnecessary returns. If you have any problem with an order, please inform us in writting within 7 days of receipt of goods.
