- We offer free shipping on all orders over £240
- We recommend wholesale customers purchase sample jewellery before placing a large wholesale order.

La Jewellery Ltd. creates hand-crafted gifts and jewellery under the La Jewellery brand which is made mainly from recycled silver, fair trade gold and recycled brass. All our products are made exclusively in the UK.

Delivery Policy for Wholesale Customers
We deliver 1st Class recorded on wholesale orders within the U.K this is free on orders above £200.00 (we have the right to change this policy at any time but will inform you of any postage charges when you are placing your order with us). Orders under £200.00 are be charged at £12.00.
Our delivery times are usually between 5 and 14 days dependent on the size of your order. Shipment abroad will incur different delivery costs. Please call +44 (0)1584 876 178 for an overseas shipping quote to meet your requirements. Once your order is placed we will send you a transaction number for you to track your shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours via telephone (sooner if possible) as cancelled orders which have already shipped may incur additional charges.
If you have any problem with an order, please inform us in witting within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to return goods to us please telephone us on 01584 876178. We accept returns shipped back to us within 7 days of purchase. Redelivery charges are non-refundable. We will exchange faulty goods but if you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, we will only exchange them for other items in our catalogue. If returned for any other reason than a fault, earrings are not refundable.
There is a re-stocking charge of 15% made against your returned order. Please inform us of your reason for returning your purchase. We try to offer exceptional customer service and this should assist us to avoid any similar problems in future.
Goods are purchased on a pro-forma basis and entirely remain the property of La Jewellery until paid for in full. If for any reason full payment has not been made we reserve the right to recover our property.
All items are subject to availability and colours. Items are hand-made and may vary slightly from those depicted on the site. However, if there is a colour scheme you do not see on the website, please submit a support request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
La Jewellery does not share any information (email, credit card, telephone numbers, address) with any third party. We never have done and we never will. We do not store credit card information of any kind. We do store your email, name, address and telephone number for our records. We only collect your name, address and phone number for shipping and enquiries and to email you our latest offers with your permission. In all our non-personal emails (for example newsletters etc) we provide you with the opportunity to unsubscribe. Please click the link at the bottom of any newsletter to unsubscrive automatically. If you are unable to do so for any reason please use our support portal and lodge a support request.
